Our tour-guide led Mansion Tour takes guests through 110 of the 160 rooms of Sarah’s stately mansion covering the history and tales that give us our name. This bundle includes the 65 minute Mansion Tour plus additional self-guided access to both basements of the mansion—areas infamous for their reported paranormal activity. The basement self-guided experience lets you explore at your own pace, with guides on hand to share stories and answer questions along the way. Estimated bundled tour and experience is 80 minutes but can be less or more depending on how long you explore the basements.

Time estimate: 20-35 minutes, depending on how much—or how little—you choose to explore!

Step back into the 1900s with a stroll through the Winchester Estate’s Victorian Garden. You can also explore the original greenhouse, stables, and fruit drying shed, offering a glimpse into the estate's rich history and architectural heritage.
As you arrive at the Winchester Mystery House, your journey begins at the Mercantile gift shop. Here, you can acquire tour tickets, souvenir photographs, and explore a diverse selection of souvenirs and gifts.
